The location was very convenient, right next to Paddington Station.
The room was not very clean. I found small bugs in the sink and shower each morning, unsettling. One evening, there was a larger bug in one of the beds. It really dampened my stay.

the shower had good water pressure and consistent temperature, a simple but welcome feature.
the room carpet had visible stains and looked quite worn, cleanliness felt compromised. the provided towels felt thin and rough, affecting comfort after showering. noise from the street was quite noticeable, disrupting sleep at times (i suggest earplugs).

the mattress was very comfortable. pillows were supportive and just right for me. there was an electric kettle in the room, a nice touch. complimentary coffee and a biscuit.. the shower worked great and had plenty of hot water, i appreciate that. location is excellent, close to paddington station for easy access to transportation.
the carpet seemed a bit worn and could benefit from replacement. i noticed some minor damage to the bathroom floor, but it was not a major issue.

The location was AMAZING. It's very close to Paddington Station. The staff were friendly and helpful . I definitely recommend THIS place.
Narrow staircases were quite the challenge with luggage.
